Mr Obed West had consutlted us on correspondence about drainage into his fresh water creek at Barcom Glen. He can establish and maintain an injunction against the continuance of the nuisance but is unwiilling to do so.The extension of Liverpool St East has concentrated the abomination onto his property. His offer (during Mayoralty of Mr Rennie) is still before Council and he denies the right of Council to relieve other people of their nuisances by casting them upon him.
