Urgent, Surface Drainage: Blackwattle Cove District - urging the City Council to ask the Government to complete the work necessary to provide drainage from the reclaimed land known as Wentworth Park as this is causing great problems through flooding of the surrounding neighborhood as far as George St north, with consequent claims for compensation from Council, and recommending resumption of the area, very poorly laid out originally; raising the surface line and laying out new streets and subdivisions on a liberal scale, the sale of which would recoup the costs of resumption.
