(Note: Luminous Paint. By arrangement with Gas Coy, the street-names are being painted on the Lamp-glasses, so that they are legible at night. I do not therefore think the City will require this paint for that purpose: ACM. PS. This offer can be referred to City Engineer as regards Fire-Plugs etc.;13/3/86. City Engineer: CHW.
