(Note: 12/9/88 Mr Seymour: JH. 12/9/88 Received: RS. I have the honor to inform Your Worship with reference to the place complained of by Mrs J Osborne 7 Yurong Street, that it was attended to and the dead foal and manure removed on the 11th instant the day before the said complaint was referred to me. The Bottleyard in question having recently exchanged hands, the present occupants having obtained permission to erect sheds and stables in compliance with the City Improvement Act, they constructed a shed for carts and storage of bottles. In the meantime whilst thoroughly repairing and cleansing the old sheds and stable and cementing the floor they made use of the new shed for stabling their horses.
