Report for your information, 2 men engaged on Belmore Park for last 9 months. J Moses, duties Ranger, and mowing grass, cleaning walks and raking leaves and attend to flower beds. Other, named Pearce, same, except ranger. At this season, work not so much and have removed him to Prince Alfred Park, where work is more urgent. J Moses is imperfect as he cannot mow, and will not learn to so do ... had to speak sharply to him. Notes: RWR: have inspected the park, in "excellent form".
