That was for Dowling St in this Boro', plan prepared by City Surveyor, extra works done [listed] Also state [your] estimate £1600 with ballast handpacked, hope that after due consideration, will pay a/c as submitted. Notes: HJD: City Surv. RWR: works done with plans amply advised to Redfern officers and Council assembled, and [they] would do with day labour, cost not exceeding £900.
