The sewage build up in Blackwattle Bay such that the Bay is bare at low tide, and no Dredge is in sight. The small sewer from Gipps St has filled up my wharfage, difficult to berth a small vessel, caused as the Bay being so shallow, this sewage cannot get away from the mouth of the sewer.
