This to be given in lieu of Grantham St, and steps constructed to connect to road at head of Bay. Absurd to ask for 66ft due to levels. Valuations: Grantham, £165; Dukes, £110; Victoria St nth, £825; Challis, £4400, Woolloomooloo Bay, lane, £1815; Victoria St nth, continuation from Grantham Est, £110; Victoria St Nth, per informal gazette notice, £1100.
