Report that Mr David Brockman was summoned and fined at Central Police Court for allowing a WC to overflow and for some time as reported by House to House Inspector Geary. House 5 rooms. 2 at ground, 1 is occupied by a shoemaker, other a few old clothes as a mere shakedown. 3 up, occupied by Mr Brockman, living, bed (the bed a shakedown), one empty.
