Albert Byrne, 37 Princes Street, Sydney to the Mayor complaining about the nuisance caused by Norfolk Island Pine trees in the City and in particular the one near his residence growing on Crown Land at the corner of Argyle and Upper Fort Streets. Attached letter from Metropolitan Board of Water Supply and Sewerage advising tree problems are a matter for Council. Report from City Surveyor including sketch plan saying tree is dangerous and may fall down. The tree belongs to the Ryan Family whose agent is Messrs H. E . Vaughan and Sons. Note. Request to take down. Form letter from City Surveyor's Office to Agent.
