His sureties are Samuel Roden of the Field of Mars and E Tunks of Parramatta; and also a Bond of Surety for the performance of Mr Higgins as Inspector of Slaughter Houses and Cattle intended for slaughter whose sureties are Frederick Dalley, Watch and Clock Maker and Patrick Thomas the elder of Cook's River Gentlemen, in the amount of three hundred and sixty pounds.
