Following are the recommendations; the salary to be fixed at three hundred pounds to include all charges except actual fees and disbursements on behalf of the Corporation; that all fines recovered including by the Police Officer be paid to the City Treasurer; that an office be provided at the Town Hall to attend to Corporation business; stationery to be provided at Corporation expense; that he shall keep a Clerk at his own expense full time at the Town Hall Office and he is entitled to costs awarded by the Supreme of any other Court.
