Building is in process of demolition and materials can be seen stacked on the second level. Over the porticoed main entrance is the business name Alliance Assurance Company Limited, Fire and Marine, Founded 1824. On an upper window is the name Dixon and Byrn and next door on second level another, W H Rees and Company . A group of workmen stand in the main entrance, as a horse and cart waits in the roadway.
