Appended: Memo from Chas H Woolcott, Town Clerk, by resolution of Council, referring the petition of Charles & George Smith to the Committee, with annotation by WH Baron, City Surveyor, referring to allowance given to Joint Stock Bank for an incorrect level of pavement but considering this variation too sudden; Petition submitted by George Graham, attorney for Charles and George Smith, owners of 322-326 George St west side, extending from the house occupied by James Fryer to the junction of George and Market Sts.
