(Note: pencil. Also letters May 25 June 7 & July 28 No. 405 and Sep 13 No 607. The street referred to is one of several on the Dixons Estate Dixon's dam and has never been formed. Until this be done no money can be expended on the street: THB ;2/7/75 3/2/76 Recommended to Council provided that Mr Clarke etc. form the Streets: BP.
