(Note: It appears that on the Embankment being formed within the fence on the water reserve the mouths of the pipes crossing the road were closed up. The Trust Road people smashed the pipes on the road side thereby allowing the water from the upper side of the road to overflow and run down Park Road, which we want to prevent, and it was in attempting to close the hole in the broken pipe that Thomson's conduct is complained of: FB;1/6/75)LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
