Mr Cooper wants payment for the use of this land as the gathering and storage supply to the City of Sydney, from which the income is £41,504.12.8 per annum. Mr Cooper is prepared to negotiate for a lease for the future occupancy of the land upon the settlement of the claim. There is a note from Richard Driver the City Solicitor that the City Council should apply again to the Government for the resumption of the land.
