(Note: See 1392 & 1670/87. Redfern Crossing repairs. I cannot recommend the adoption of the suggestion for level crossings to be constructed at Cleveland and Bourke Streets. Neither can I sanction that further repairs be made in Cleveland Street as the Council have just paid half the cost for Repairs Etc. in this street between Dowling Street and the Borough Boundary.
