(Note: There was no sketch enclosed: JH;4/12/88. City Building Surveyor: JH/4/12/88. 5/12/88 Ack. This building was erected without making application to this Department and is constructed with improper materials viz. wood and iron. This letter is the outcome of a notice which was served on the owners requesting the building to be amended in construction to meet the requirements of the Act: GMcR;1131288.
