The difficulty is to drain through reserve: RWR; 7/11/88. (Note:...as there is a narrow strip of land between this property and Sewer, the owner of house No 512 Cleveland St cannot drain without permission from Mr Jones owner of the piece of land mentioned or through adjoining property: C Rhodes.
