Auguste Wiegand, City Organist. He has found that the rules pertaining to the organ state that other organists can play the organ when the Town Hall is hired for public purposes. He asks that the rule be changed to the one in Great Britain and elsewhere where the organ is only played by the appointed organist or another organist designated by him. He also suggests that the Organ Recitals be on two fixed days a week, to improve the audience numbers. He also suggests the establishment of a carillon in the Town Hall Tower.
