He still has the agreement with the Council which he held last winter and it has not been cancelled. He asks where Mrs Selvade gets this power from. Inspector of Nuisances reports that Mrs Johnstone, Mrs Selvade's mother has an agreement with the trustees of the park to cover the rubbish over and that Mr & Mrs Selvade "are in no degree interested in this matter".
