Minister consented, and dwarf wall and iron railing removed, but work not completed, vehicular traffic to and from grounds is confined to one road and is congested and dangerous. Notes: HJD: CIty Surv report. RWR: inspected with Mayor, and with other Sydney Common matters, to stand over, until he interviews Minister for Lands. MH: agreed.
