Hold City responsible for damages by City, or its contractor, Mr Meyer Suttonberg. Notes: City Sol and owner's solicitor agreed to suspend works until ejectment of tenant.[ Appears to be widening of Jones St with future benefit of frontage of premises to the new street.] sketch.
