Off work 19 days, loss of wages £4/15/0, resumed duty 11th Jan. SOme system of assurance for men in similar positions. RWR: no evidence to show contributory negligence. Recommend ½ allowed for 19 days. We have many sweepers on busy thoroughfares and liable to accident. City to consider liablity imposed by Employer's Liabilty Act. MH: ½pay.
