Notes: RWR: Mr Gordon to sketch for report. Memo: Asst City Surv to City Surv. Council has applied for a lease for a jetty at Ithaca Rd, to be dealt with by the Land Board next month. A tracing of present jetty and encroachment of 12ft 7in on western side thereof. The steps constructed on lee side for convenience of public in rough weather, and sanction of that owner is required. Held by Executors (Messry H M Makinson & J J Fletcher, Sol, Elizabeth St) of the Sir WIlliam Maclay Estate. There will be no objection, but they would like a tracing.
