Redfern Police say they are powerless as park under your control and the Ranger is seldom seen. Notes: HJD: sent to Insp. Gen of Police by Mayor. Edmund Fosbery: special police attention directed to complaint of disorderly fervour. The class of people who reside in vicinity of South end of Park who use it...likely to be occasional disorder..
