When he visited it he found that there is a wall erected across Bay View Street "which debars all access to the yards of four of his houses, and the only way their coal and wood can be brought in is through the parlour and kitchen which is very undesirable and inconvenient". There is a note by T H Bradridge, City Surveyor, that proper access to his property has been made to Mr Shand's satisfaction.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
