James Jones notifying the Council that he will require the water supply to the new premises erected by Mr Donovan in Bathurst Street which he is about to occupy as a Wine and Spirit Merchant. He believes that his consumption would not amount to more than 25 shillings to 30 shillings per annum. Edward Bell, City Engineer, reports that the store will be similar to Mr Long's who has been lately assessed at £8 per annum. He sees no reason why this should not be the same.
