Edward Bell, City Architect, reports there is no remedy but carrying the 12 inch pipe crossing down Palmer Street to the drain in Liverpool Street. He estimates the cost will not exceed £84. A further note states that the work is already provided for in forming Palmer Street between Burton & Stanley Streets.
