Adam Sharpe requesting removal of an obstruction caused by water flowing on his property at the North East corner of Palmer and Burton Streets Darlinghurst. Edward Bell, City Architect, reports there is no remedy but carrying the 12 inch pipe crossing down Palmer Street to the drain in Liverpool Street. He estimates the cost will not exceed £84. A further note states that the work is already provided for in forming Palmer Street between Burton & Stanley Streets.
