Wm Bayliss, Hamilton Street. There is a difference in weight of 25 tons of road metal between what his lighters landed at the market Wharf depot and returns rendered to him by overseer Mr Lee. He encloses notes by Charles Fuller of Fullers Weighbridge, 215 Sussex street; Howard Smith and Sons, 79 York Street; Alexander Kethel, Wholesale timber merchant, Market Wharf. The is a report by Mr Lee, with an account of the metal recived from Mr Barrett.
