The present main is inadequate; it was laid during a dry season when larger pipes were not available. He suggests that they use the 15 inch pipes that had been ordered for supply to Arncliff and Kogarah, as Government are going to supply them from Potts Hill direct via Bexley etc. He suggests that the Council lay 2640 yards of the 15 inch pipes across Centennial Park, along Orange Road to Albion Street Randwick, then use the Woollahra Reservoir to all the low areas.
