Request you call to attention of the proper officer a quantity of inferior earthy material is being spread on the roadway at our frontage, and makes is worse to back drays in. Also remind you of stone, apparently old kerb and guttering opposite our entrance doors in Albert St left some months ago, still remains and a serious hindrance. Request both be attended to at once. Notes: 1.City Surveyor; 2. RWR: inspected locality and given instruction to roll the earthy material to impove roadway. 3.Notice to be served to contractor forwood paving Circ Quay to remove stone complained of. 3.Stone has been there long enough, C Surv to act at once to compel removal. 4.
