Cost of work was £30/15/0, and as a joint expense, we expect Council to bear a portion of this cost. Notes: 1.City Eng: J Trevor Jones: work done by Water Dept, and a/c tendered to Govt for it. This claim on basis of arrangement that govt pay 3/5 and City 2/5 of all expenditure, should be referred to City Surveyor. 2.
