I and the owner of the adjoining property are about to connect to the sewer. He proposes to take his sewerage through a reserve passage, over which my bedrooms are built, being only 2ft 10in width, request you do not allow him to do so, as it will be injurious to my property. Note: 1. City Eng, 2. J Trevor Jones: Council cannot interfere, the passage being private property. 3. RWR: Mr Morris has seen me, our officers putting a sewer down a side passage, must be stopped. 4. Is private, one owner wishes to put sewer there, instead of under his house, subsoil is sand and requires great precautions, a proper survey plan will show this.
