He informs the Council that there is no objection to the Council connecting proposed gullies with the sewers at Fig & Harris St, Liverpool and Sussex St, South and Sussex St. However they draw attention to the fact that the old sewers in the locality are tidelocked and during heavy rainfalls are surcharged and subjected to great pressure.
