Regarding the alleged encroachment on the footpath of S Freeman & Sons Store, Harris St, Ultimo, he encloses a surveyor's report, that states if the kerbing was accurately laid, the building is correctly built to the building line. Plans for an additional storey have been passed by the City Architect and they are waiting permission from the Mayor to commence work. Attached is a certificate by Ferdinand H Reuss Junr, Architect and licensed surveyor, which includes a sketch of Harris Street.
