In spite of the arrangement arrived at by the Mayor, Mr James Martin, Mr Ackerman and himself, the Agricultural Society leased their grounds at Moore Park to the Sydney Driving Park Club on the previous Saturday. In consequence they suffered great pecuniary loss. He encloses a card with their racing dates for the year and asks that Council exercise its power to ask the Society to not allow other racing clubs on those days.
