The bluestone and sandstone flags have been broken and the asphalt left in a very uneven and dangerous state. There is a report by R W Richards, City Surveyor that the pavement was disturbed by a contractor under the Water and Sewerage Board, and suggests that they be informed.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
