He is patron of the Capulet Cricket Club, and he forwards a letter from R Kinsley, Hon Sec, 37 Sophia St Surry Hills, asking for permission to mow the cricket wicket, about 50 yards square. Mr Stacey did not give permission; he said if he did, he would have to give permission to the other clubs and the park would look like it had smallpox; Stacey said he would get Mr Farmer the dairyman to graze the cows around the wicket.
