(Note: For Mr Seymour's attention in this & similar cases, especially Mrs McCathie King St: HJD/31/5/92. With reference to Mr Day's complaint of water making its way into the cellar used as a sleeping apartment at 625 George St. I have the honor to report that believing it to be caused by percolation from the leakage of the hydrant situated near to said premises I gave instructions that its use be discontinued for flushing purposes which order was attended to yesterday, the result being that no water has since found its way into the said cellar: RS;2/6/92) LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
