With reference to the application of Michl Kelly I have the honor to report that some considerable time past he has performed the duties of subGanger and the oversight of work in the Darlinghurst district one of the most particular and important portions of the City, with zeal and satisfaction as a proof of which no complaints by the inhabitants of said district have been made during the last six months. I would therefore respectfully recommend for the favorable consideration of His Worship the Mayor that this man be included in the staff of Gangers and that he be paid at a similar rate: RS;25/5/92. 9/- per day may be pd: ?WPM.
