(Note: City Surveyor's report: HJD;10/6/92. 8 additonal seats put up. This is a letter from the Mayor dated 6th June ulto and upon it twenty four (24) seats have been ordered, the majority of which will be erected in Prince Alfred Park and the balance in Driver's Triangle and Moore Park. We have no two person urinals in stock but it may be advisable to erect a three person urinal in Prince Alfred Park in the position shown on the tracing or defer the erection until the supply of one person urinals is in hand which I am of opinion would be sufficient for this district considering that a three person urinal is already at the North Eastern corner of the Park: RWR; 28/7/92; followed by tracing of urinal location with note To accompany my Minute of even date upon Mayors instruction vide Town Clks No 1062.
