Mr McMenemy the plumber has laid on water to Mr Johnson's two houses in Edward Street and Mrs Gearing's house in Edward Lane without authority. He submits that if no check is put upon plumbers connecting without the usual order from his office, the Council may be defrauded of water rates. Mr Wilson and Mr McMenemy to appear before the Committee to show cause why their licenses should not be cancelled 19/9/1861.
