Michael Dunn, lessee of the Water Fountain, Circular Quay, reporting that the leather hose used at the fountain has become so very much worn as to be unserviceable. Edward Bell, City Engineer, reports that he has examined the lease and finds nothing in it which requires the Council to supply hoses other than that at the fountain when he took it and which hose he undertook to keep in order and deliver up in good order to the Council at the end of his term.
