Alignment of Regent St near Queens St. This is the first case for determining the Building Line of Regent St, now aligned with 42ft carriageway, and 12 ft footpaths (66ft) when existing carriageway is 45ft. Can Council claim 12ft or may leave the 9ft and adhere to the Building Line as aligned. Note: 1. should be referred to City Solicitor, until then 9ft will do until street requires new kerbing when roadway will be curtailed 3ft. 2.
