Meeting of Council, in consequence of extraordinary action of Borough of Ashfield in trying to prevent the laying of pipes connected with the Nepean Water Supply, resolved that [City] complete reticulation of the water supply pipes in Strathfield for benefit of inhabitants. Thank the beneficial action in connection with the permanent supply of water to the Western Suburbs.
