Memo: W Robertson: inspected with Mr Gibson, cleaning of present supply main (cost £11/12/8), supply is abundant, this main used by trust for some years without any charge; 4. remains no reason why this should not be granted, if meter connected and charge accordingly or no charge for public purposes?, and of charge for cleaning pipe?
