State of Park Rd and holes require filling; 3. waste of money by destruction of 2nd hand kerb & guttering. R W Richards: 1. as fixed by Water Dept in manner as existing, will be reinstated by this Dept at expense of Water Dept; 2. in a bad state, repairs made as practicable, K & G is being laid and the roadway ballasted; 3. old kerb & gutter sufficiently sound is used for retianing walls, or if not, ballast on roadways and other purposes.
