Requested proof work was for Municpal purposes for her landlord, refused to allow her to keep...Mrs Smithers is a most contumacious person, affirmed by Mr Quantock, Building Inpsector & Mr Stubbs, master plasterer of 79 Foveaux St when his scaffolding removed by her when working for a neighbour for whom free use (for 10 months) of vacant land.
